BEEF RUMP KORMA
Melt-in-your-mouth beef cooked gently in a creamy cashew and coconut-based korma sauce, delicately spiced with cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves.
CHICKEN KADAI
Tender chicken pieces cooked with capsicum, onion, tomato, and aromatic spices in a traditional kadai-style sauce.
